Rental conditions
The main conditions that apply to your ESSAJIDE CARS rental. The agreement supplied to the renter remains the reference document.
Insurance excess
If an incident fully or partly engages the renter’s liability, an insurance excess of 8,000 DH may remain payable in accordance with the rental agreement and insurance terms.
Insurance
ESSAJIDE CARS vehicles are insured under current insurance contracts. Applicable cover, exclusions and excesses are those stated in the agreement supplied to the renter.
Accident
Any accident, damage or incident must be reported immediately. An accident report must be completed when circumstances require it and sent to the agency.
Fines
Tickets, fines and offences committed during the rental remain the driver’s responsibility.
Fuel
The vehicle must be returned with the fuel level specified in the departure agreement.
Leaving Morocco
The vehicle may not leave Morocco without prior written authorisation from ESSAJIDE CARS.
Extension
Any extension must be requested and accepted before the initial contract expires and remains subject to availability.
Mileage
Unlimited mileage.
